For the fifth time, the "flott.RUN Mönchsheide" invites runners of all ages to compete on May 25, 2025, on the Mönchsheide, around the airfield and estate, and in the most beautiful nature. For the first time, the race will take place on a Sunday – allowing even more athletes the opportunity to participate. Participants can prove their performance over various distances ranging from 300 m, 900 m, 1500 m, 5 kilometers, up to the 10-kilometer main race. The 10 km race is also part of the Ahrtal-TEAM-Cup, and there is a separate competition for walkers.
